Some classes have fewer weeks (e.g. 9 instead of 10) due to a holiday. This is reflected in the pricing on our registration page.



A yearly Gymnastics Ontario (GO) Insurance Fee ($40) is required for all participants in our programs. This fee is paid annually and is valid between the dates of July 1st to June 30th of the year they are purchased. This fee is transferred to GO directly and is non-refundable. Gym Rules



Athletes, please :



  • Wait in the Entrance: Please remain in the entrance area until your coach arrives. Do not play on the equipment.
  • Wear Appropriate Gym Clothing: Wear comfortable, fitted clothing. No jeans, belts, buckles, jewelry, or tutus.
  • Tie Long Hair Back: Keep long hair tied back and secure.
  • Stay with Your Coach: Always stay with your coach during class, and follow instructions carefully.
  • Restroom and Drink Breaks: If you need a break for the restroom or a drink, please notify your coach first.
  • Wait for Your Ride: Do not leave the gym until your ride has arrived. If your ride has not arrived, inform your coach right away.


Parents & Guardians, please :



  • Stay in the Viewing Area: Please remain in the designated viewing area during class.
  • Supervise Accompanying Children: Please keep any accompanying children in the viewing area and off the equipment for their safety.
  • Pickup Information: If someone other than you will be picking up your child, please notify the coach in advance.
  • Arrive on Time for Pickup: Please arrive 5 minutes before the end of class to ensure a smooth pickup. If you're running late, please call the gym to inform us. Your athlete will stay in the gym until you arrive.
