Gym Rules



Athletes, please :



  • Wait in the entrance for your coach, do not play on the equipment
  • Wear appropriate gym clothing (no jeans, belts, buckles, jewelry)
  • Tie long hair back
  • No tutus; we all love tutus but they are a hazard in the gym
  • Stay with your coach at all times
  • Do not leave your class for the restroom or a drink without your coaches' permission
  • Do not leave the gym until your ride has arrived
  • Inform your coach if your ride has not arrived


Parents & Guardians, please :



  • Stay in designated viewing area
  • Keep siblings in the viewing area and off the equipment
  • Stay with your child in the entrance until class starts
  • Inform a coach if someone other than a parent is picking up your child
  • Arrive 5 minutes before the end of class to ensure that you are on time
  • If you will be running late, please call the gym. Your child will stay in the gym until you arrive.
